Yes its finally that week, Disney week!!!!! We leave Indianapolis at 7 am Saturday morning, so pulling out of Terre Haute about 5 am, ugg bright and early!! I chose that flight since its a nonstop flight and we'll be in Orlando by 9:30am. We are taking the Mickey Magical Express from the airport to the All Stars Movie Resort inside of Disney, we don't even have to grab our luggage, they will bring it to the resort for us. After checking in, i am sure we'll head straight into Magic Kingdom. I know none of us will want a nap. We also got the Dining Plan with our package, so we get one lunch, one dinner and a snack each day (the snack is like ice cream bar, popsicle, pop etc..). I have Fedex'ed a box down to the resort snacks and cereal to have at the hotel. Then we will spend 5 nights and 6 days at disney and then picking up the rental car thursday morning and heading to Cocoa Beach till Friday mid day before flying home that night. We have been watching the weather and hoping Hurricane Bill stays far away.
The girls have been saving their pennies for a year for Disney so last week i took them to the bank and cashed them in, they now have a nice stash for souviners! I am so glad to say we will be paying cash for everything, including the trip and airfare!! We are all so stinking excited.
So the girls went with Kasey last thursday through yesterday to see Courtney in Springfield. They did a lot of fun stuff, swimming in the fountains, Chuck E Cheese, Branson. They were not ready to come home yesterday at all. While they were gone, me and Jas basically relaxed, something we haven't done in a long time. We boycotted painting and mowing, and just layed around, went for a run and a bike ride and tackled packing for Disney. I knew it would be easier without any "helpers" packing since they think their babies need clothes in suitcases and 15 pairs of shoes for just a weekend trip. I somehow got 7 days worth of clothing for 4 people in one suitcase and one carryon. The girls will have their backpacks with activites to do also. I only packed 3 pair of shoes per girl and limited myself also. I am hoping to still have room to bring home souviners. So 1 suitcase, one carryon, 2 backpacks, my laptop, and 2 cameras, along with the stroller are going with us!
We know it will rain at one point probably everyday so i have rain ponchos and crocs ready for that. I am so excited to see Cocoa Beach also since the girls and Jas have never seen the Atlantic. Hoping any hurricanes won't make the beaches a mess. When we were in Corpus, even a hurricane on the other side of the Gulf would bring the water level up a bit and make the water murky. Either way its a 7 day vacation just us 4, and we'll make the best of it. We are also meeting an online mommy friend of mine that i've known for about 4 years through both births of my children and her struggles with infertility and now adoption of lil miss Whitney!! We will be having dinner at Downtown Disney one night!! So of course i probably will not be updating next week at all, if you are on my facebook, i probably will have some status updates. But be ready for pics the following week when we get back.
The girls also will start preschool on the Monday after we get back, its a preschool ran by Indiana State University and the school is awesome, it is ran out of an elementary that is about 3 years old and will be ran much like Ms. Norma ran things with learning centers, group time etc... We have "school" clothes all bought (not that i had to specifically shop for that) girls are very excited, they will be going 3 days a week for 3 hours a day, which will give me great time for schoolwork and housework!
Anyway so long for now!!
